I used a frame made for three 4"x6" photos. I took out the glass and popped in the corkboard with a heavy cardboard layer behind it. I decorated the top part of my board with Basic Grey's Wisteria line, some Prima blooms and lots of jewels.
To hold the photos to the bulletin board I pushed jewelled brads through butterfly punches.
Probably stick pins would work better; leaving smaller holes in the photos. But I like my jewelled butterflies.
